Wednesday, February 23, 2022: Helene is a most amazing lady, and she’s looking back at quite an eventful professional career as well. First of all she’s a businesswoman with a successful history in marketing, consulting, communication and coaching. But she’s also a certified clown (!), a trained opera singer, an enthusiastic tango dancer and a convinced vegetarian – which didn’t keep her away from doing consultancy work for the Association of German pig breeders at some point in her career. She had to smile when she told me about this . . . and in general she likes to smile, although I had the notion that Helene can be quite straightforward and determined, if necessary. She could have retired a while ago, but she decided not to. She‘s not ready yet and full of ideas and energy, I noticed when we met today. Maybe that’s the reason why she set up her own NGO called „Manager ohne Grenzen“. That was some years ago, and ever since her organisation has developed successfully and enjoys a very good reputation. Yes, Helene is a remarkable personality, and I was more than happy to win her over as my today’s face number 3,104.
