Wir erweitern unser Netzwerk und Team: „Country Coordinators“ bzw. Länderkoordinatoren sind unsere neuen Kontakt- und Beratungspartner in Afrika und Asien.

Seit der Gründung von managerohnegrenzen wurden bereits über 200 Projekte in mehr als 30 Ländern weltweit realisiert. Die dabei entstanden Partnerbeziehungen und Netzwerke waren für unsere Arbeit sehr förderlich und konnten unseren Managern sowie uns als Organisation tiefgreifende Einblicke in Land und Kultur vermitteln. Die dabei gewonnenen Erkenntnisse lassen sich nicht nur unmittelbar als wichtiges Knowhow in Folgeprojekte mitnehmen – sie schaffen ein ganz neues Fundament der Zusammenarbeit.

Daher intensivieren wir unsere Partner- und Arbeitsbeziehungen vor Ort mit diesem Netzwerk. Wir möchten nicht nur lokaler agieren und arbeiten, sondern auch lokaler „sein“.

Die Country Coordinators sind mehr als Repräsentanten vor Ort – sie gehören zu unserem erweiterten Team. In ihrer Funktion nehmen sie dabei wichtige Aufgaben wahr: angefangen als lokaler Kontaktpartner für Projekt- und Kooperationspartner sowie unsere Manager im Einsatz. Sie planen und begleiten gemeinsam mit uns die Projekteinsätze und sind dabei unverzichtbare Länderexperten. Zu unserem aktuellen Netzwerk gehören nun:

We are expanding our network and team: Welcome Country Coordinators!

We are expanding our network and team: “Country Coordinators” – our contact and consulting partners in Africa and Asia.

Since Managers without Borders was founded, over 200 projects have been realised in more than 30 countries worldwide. The partner relationships and networks that arose this way were not only very beneficial for our work as such – they also provided our managers and our organization with profound insights into the countries, their cultures and work ethics. Hence, creating a more sustainable way of collaboration.

We are therefore intensifying our partner and working relationships on site with a network. We not only want to act and work more locally, but also “be” more local.

The Country Coordinators are more than just representatives of our foundation – they are part of our expanded team. In their role they perform important tasks: from being the local contact partner for our project and cooperation partners as well as our managers, to planning and accompanying the project assignments together with us.
